Commission Terms of Service
• Commissions are queue based.• Some commissions will be finished faster than others. If I have multiple of the same commissions, they may be done in the same batch.• The turn around for a commission is 1-3 days, not including weekends, depending on if there is a queue or not. You will be notified if there is a queue and if it takes longer than the 1-3 days.Types Of Work I Can't Do -

Gather details on what you would like for your commission. I will require references, pictures, specification on any special characteristics of color pallet, fonts, props or assets.2: Line and Flat Color
For some simple YCH's, you will not be contacted until it is finished, though sometimes, if I've either never worked with you before or if I have a question, I'll contact you after I've lined and flat colored it to get it approved. If you've approved it, no more drastic changes can be made.3: Delivery
I will send you the commission by the means we have been communicating unless otherwise requested. If you notice any mistakes or need a minor change, please feel free to contact me.Commercial Use
• If you're a content creator: Of course you can use your commission commercially. Feel free to use it for revenue off of your streams (emotes, sub badges), YouTube videos, etc. If you wish to create merchandise out of it, make physical duplicates to give it away, please contact me first. The art you purchase from me is meant you your own personal use only.
• If you're a brand or business: Please reach out to me. I'm more than happy to work with you but depending on what my artwork will be used for. There may be additional fee's or a royalty.NFT
Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of the commissioned artwork for Non Fungible Tokens (NFT). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.Refund Policy
By commissioning via Ko-fi, it processes your payment automatically and thus becomes a binding contract where you knowingly and comprehensively purchased my services. If this was somehow done by mistake and you did not mean to purchase a commission, please reach out to me to discuss it within the first 24 hours, otherwise any moneys processed will be considered a donation. If it is in fact a mistake, I will be happy to refund, however I am not responsible for any fees associated with PayPal transfers.I am a bit new to art, so I know not everything will be to everyone's liking and I'm more than happy to give a refund only at the line and flat color stage of the commission. Though at the moment, most of my commissions are not eligible for a refund.I do not hold all responsibility in our contract. If I owe you a commission and I have somehow forgotten about it, taken far too long, or simply skipped it and never started, PLEASE reach out to me.. DO NOT wait 3 months after I've cleared my queue to reach out to a third party whining about how I didn't do something. I can only imagine you're a grown adult, and thus expect you to speak up and bring this issue to me directly instead of whining about it elsewhere. I am very approachable and fully understand I'm not infallible to making mistakes.

The Process
• The first step is you reaching out through one of the three methods: Email, Discord, or X. Then we begin our discussion or what you're looking for. Please, provide me with the pattern. This pattern can be a true cross-stitch pattern, a piece of pixel art, or a perler bead pattern.• Then I set it up in my pixel program to give me a better and clearer view of the pattern and to measure the exact size to give you the pricing for the piece before continuing forward. I will also need your address to calculate the shipping cost and the transactional fees to give you the total cost.• Before invoicing, I will color pick the closest colored threads that I have and send you the image to either confirm or deny the coloring.
(I'm trying to use up the materials I have before purchasing new ones, but if you're serious about purchasing this and that very specific color is an absolute must have, we can converse which color thread is closest before I order it in)• After you have confirmed the coloring, I will then send you the invoice. Once paid and processed through PayPal, I will place your name in my queue and keep you up to date of when I start and finish your piece.• Once I have finished your piece and packaged it, I'll send you the tracking number for your package so both you and I can keep an eye on it.
Cross-Stitch Prices
I know these prices seem a bit high compared to key-chains you can find online. Online ones are most likely ones people do for fun or in bulk then sell cheaper. Unlike the online ones, these are made to order. 300 stitches may not seem like a lot and in bulk, it isn't necessarily, but 300 full stitches means I go through the canvas 1,200 times and can take 4-5 hours especially depending on how many colors.ONLY SHIPPING IN NORTH AMERICA

• This does not include shipping costs or transactional fees. Shipping is typically around $3.92 and the transactional fee is 2.99% of the total cost, but costs can vary.• Cross-Stitch pricing will fluctuate depending on the complexity of the piece.• I'm able to do larger pieces if anyone is interested, all you have to do is contact me. It will most likely be done on cloth canvas.
Cloth Vs. Plastic
• Cloth canvas is more suited for larger pieces and framing as it's far more flexible. I typically use Aida.• Plastic canvas gives a firmer feel and is more suited for keychains. I'm currently trying Caydo Plastic Mesh Canvas.

• Again, Cross-Stitch pricing will fluctuate depending on the complexity of the piece.• The plus to getting a plastic piece double sided is both the firmness and the thickness, making for a better keychain.• Getting a bold border does make the piece look better rather than just the regular back stitching to the felt piece or to the double sided plastic piece.

• If you have a custom Stardew sprite that I previously made, I should still have them, but to make it easier so I don’t have to dig, please provide me with that image.
• If you wish to purchase a sprite, you can find it on my Ko-Fi.• The keychain will roughly be 1 x 2.5 inches and approximately 300 stitches for one side. If you do not choose an add-on to make it double-sided, it will be stitched onto felt to hide the back. The plus to getting your keychain double sided is the firmness and thickness.• You will receive the key chain in a bubble mailer, 4in x 7in. Price does not include shipping or transactional fees. If you would like to purchase multiple at once, reach out prior to purchasing for possible discounted shipping and possible discounted full price.
